When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 11AM CST on Fridays may not be processed for shipping until the following Monday morning. All shipping estimated are calculated in business days.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 - 14 business days. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 3-5 days after your order has been placed.
What Countries Do You Ship to?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders with no minimum amount required.
Why is part of my order missing?
We have multiple shipping facilities and your order may have been split due to inventory constraints. Please check if you received 2 tracking numbers in the shipping confirmation email. If you can't find any in your email, feel free to contact our support team via Contact Us.
Why was my order returned to sender?
Sorry about that! Sometimes carriers will Return an Order to Sender if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or if there is any reason delivery could not be completed. Please reach out to us if this happens and we can get that re-shipped for you! You can contact us directly via email@example.com.
Has your tracking information been in pre-shipment for over four business days?
Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. There may have been an issue with the pick-up service, which we'll sort out for you.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?
We usually ship orders as soon as possible to insure a faster delivery. If your package has not been shipped yet and you need to make any modification to your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will do our best to update your address if your package has not been shipped yet.

Do they come with an AirTag?
No, AirTags are sold separately by Apple.
Is this a permanent mount for the AirTag?
No, the snap-in mount allows you to easily remove or re-insert your AirTag as desired. For example, you can easily take off your AirTag when you need to change the battery every year.

Does the AirTag work with Android devices?
Yes! Apple has launched an app that allows Android users to track AirTags. The name of the app is 'Tracker Detect' and it is available to download on the Google Play Store.

Can I change my payment type?
Once your order is placed we are unable to edit your payment information.
Can I update my billing address?
Unfortunately, the billing address on your order can not be updated once the order has been placed. If your order was able to be placed successfully there should be no issue with delivery as long as the shipping address is correct.
